In pursuit of an optimum mix and the reduction of motive energy, our Hardox steel screws have been the subject of detailed analysis with regard to their design and available features. By a comprehensive design analysis of the shape of the tank and its screw, the Evolumix range delivers a mixing performance and an operating speed of exceptional quality, in a design which is also conducive to economies.
Oil-immersed reduction gear
Reduction gear is entirely immersed in an oil bath, with an easily-accessible reservoir and control gauge, thereby eliminating any regular maintenance for the purposes of lubrication.
Attachment of the reduction gear to the tank by a twin plate prevents any strain.
Plated overflow prevention ring
To prevent the material from overflowing, all EVOLUMIX 1 screw tanks have an anti overflow ring welded to the tank. This type of ring prevents the material from sticking to the tank like in traditional rings and offers a superior rigidity to the upper part of the tank.
Height-adjustable drawbar
In order to keep your mixer at the same level whatever the model of tractor, all our EVOLUMIX mixers have a drawbar adjustable in height by steps of 50 mm.
Independent C-section frame
The EVOLUMIX chassis has been the subject of advanced research to obtain the best attributes in terms of strength. Thanks to a C-profile design and the choice of high-strength steel, the chassis offers the perfect compromise between strength and bending.
The C-profile frame offers greater ventilation than a closed frame and therefore allows the absence of permanent humidity zones. All our frames are fully protected by a high quality paint on the whole surface.
Tank of 8 mm and 20 mm gauge s 355 steel
The robustness and longevity of our machines has always been part of our brand's DNA. The Evolumix tanks are no exception to this rule and are designed with 8mm thick S355 steel walls and a 20mm thick tank bottom. These thicknesses allow your mixer to work intensively for many years.

4 manual counter-cutters
All our EVOLUMIX 2 screws are equipped with 4 manual counter knives as standard. These prevent the material from turning around the screw. Acting as a brake, the counter-knives hold the material which is then cut off when the screw knife passes through.
Our counter knives have 4 levels of depth adjustment allowing the material to be cut more or less.

Bumper with recessed lights
To protect your EVOLUMIX against possible collisions, our mixers are equipped as standard with a painted steel bumper with recessed lights.
Axle #100 with new wheels and tires
In order to support the heavy loads and to offer the greatest safety for the user, all EVOLUMIX are equipped with a large section axle and new tires (not retreaded).
