1• Mechanical detanglers
The DDT400 is equipped with two mechanical bale separators for fast, efficient separation of all wrapped bales and even distribution.
4 • Shrink plate on claw teeth
To ensure clean loading of silage at all levels, the claw is & fitted with a spring-loaded retractable plate.
7 • Second detangler transmission
The second shredder is driven by a mechanical system with chain and tensioner.
10 • Belt tension
To adjust the belt tension, the tensioner is positioned on the outside of the body. This makes the operation quick and easy.

To lubricate the mechanical parts of your silo unloader, the grease nipples are centralized in a location protected by a hood.

The cardan shaft with slipping clutch and overrunning clutch comes as standard on all our belt feeder silos.

For precise loading without the need for an additional loader, the DDT400 is equipped with a dual-movement claw arm.
6 • Mechanical transmission of detanglers
Mechanical transmission via chain and sprockets. On MD models, clutch disengagement is via a hydraulic clutch.

The electric control box allows you to control all the components of your straw blower individually from the cab.
