Quick mechanical coupling

Belt tension

Belt tension is adjusted via the easily accessible lower guides.

 

Reinforced frame

The unroller is equipped with reinforcements that prevent any deformation, ensuring long-term durability under intensive use.

Chain guar

The belt chain is protected by a metal guide, preventing contact with material and debris, and thereby avoiding premature wear.

Distribution

With its symmetrical design, the DRB200 unroller can distribute large-diameter round bales (up to 2 meters) to the left as well as to the right.

 

Automatic locking and unlocking

The DRB200 unroller comes standard with:

  • Conveyor with reinforced roller chain and bolted slats
  • Two-prong bale spike on an independent frame
  • Left and right side distribution
  • Automatic hitching and locking
  • Unroller motor integrated into the bale spike (mechanical connection between spike and unroller)
  • Bolted hitch for telehandler or tractor (3-point linkage)
  • Anti-corrosion treatment: epoxy primer and polyurethane finish
  • Hitch included (to be specified)
