The efficiency of the DBS range on your grasslands

Robert dung spreading harrows considerably enhance the productivity of your grassland.

With their formidable efficiency, our dung spreading harrows can be used to treat your grassland and generate an increase in yield of over 30%:

  • By the increase in useful surface area associated with dung spreading.
  • By accelerating regrowth and the multiplication of flora.
  • By enhancing the resistance of grass to trampling.

The benefits of using a DBS dung spreading harrow on your grassland throughout the seasons.

In order to maximize the return from your grasslands, the use of an appropriate dung spreading harrow is of fundamental importance. Each of its constituent tools fulfils a specific function:

The first row is comprised of 40 cm levelling scrapers.

For the execution of all works involving the spreading of manure clumps and molehills, ensuring uniform distribution over the pasture surface.

The second row is comprised of 10 cm dung spreader blades.

Accurate tracking of the ground surface for the removal, breakdown and clean-up of dung and other residues remaining in the smallest cavities.

The final row is comprised of flexible teeth.

This final row executes the aeration, scarification and regeneration of soil, promoting the absorption of nutrients and soil irrigation.

Overseeding with a DBS dung spreading harrow

To maintain your plot in good condition or simply to increase its grass density, it is necessary to reseed degraded areas with a ROBERT seeding machine.
In order to preserve the existing vegetation of your meadow and to reinforce it, the technique of overseeding is preferred.
Consult through our options the different overseeding materials.

The details that make a difference

1. Hitching
Semi-automatic hitching provided by a drawbar equipped with centering cones and three retractable parking supports.

2. Pressure adjustment
Pressure regulation of scarifier teeth by galvanized tie-rods, allowing the adjustment of pressure as required.

3. Compensating spring
Compensating spring for the connection of the 3-point triangle structure to the frame, for the absorption of substantial undulations in the ground surface.

4. Counter-blade
In order to prevent any blade failure at the point of attachment associated with repeated bending, the entire DBS range is equipped with counter-blades.

5. Flexible teeth
Spring steel flexible teeth for the effective scarification of grassland.

6. Scrapers
Scrapers arranged perpendicularly to the ground, in order to prevent any destruction of grass by the repetitive hopping associated with topsoiling.

7. C-section frame
Heavy gauge C-section frame, reinforced at all points which are subject to torsional loading, with closed ends for the elimination of any risk of cracking.
